The works of this project are created using the photogram technique.  

The motifs of my photograms are objects made of glass.

I obtain visuals by devising how to transmit and reflect light, depending on the thickness and surface design of the glass.

From these characteristics, I have named my set of photograms as "PHOTOGLASS," 

and I have been continuing to work on this project.

このプロジェクトは、フォトグラムという写真技法で制作しています。

私のフォトグラムは、モチーフにガラス素材のものを使用しており、ガラスが持つ厚みや表面のデザインに応じて、

光の透過や反射のさせ方を工夫することによってビジュアルを得ています。

こうした特徴から、私のフォトグラム作品群を「PHOTOGLASS」と名づけ、制作をしています。

When I came across this technique, I thought that through these visuals, I could finally express myself

 – my senses that could not be described in words – in higher purity.  I felt like being in my element.

Our sensation exists inside of us but we do not know exactly where.  

We cannot see it either.  However, I feel its presence vividly. 

It sometimes holds an air close to humidity, flutters lightly, and spreads deeply. 

Although I will never be able to verbalize the whole of its existence, by using this technique, 

I can capture some parts of it and share it with others.

In fact, lighting a motif quietly in a dark room seems much like looking into my own self.

私はこの技法に出会ったとき、言葉にできない自分の感覚を、より高い純度で視覚化できるものであると感じ、

水を得た魚のような心地でした。

感覚とは、自分の内側にあってどこにあるかもわからず、目にも見えないものですが、私はビビッドにその存在を感じます。

それはときに湿度のようなものを纏い、淡く揺らぎ、深く広がっていくのです。

その存在のすべてを言葉で言い表すことはできませんが、

この技法を通せば、捉えることができ、人に伝えることができます。

暗室で静かにモチーフに光をあてることは、まるで自分の中身をのぞき見ているようだと感じるのです。
